Updated October 16, 2026. This is an archival product profile with an availability update. It is based on public documentation; no hands-on recording, editing, export, or billing tests were performed.
Availability notice: Wizardly’s former website address, trywizardly.com, now redirects to Everest, which presents a calendar and scheduling assistant. That destination does not establish that Wizardly’s video service is operating, discontinued, or officially rebranded. Confirm the service’s identity and availability before registering or paying.

What is Wizardly AI?
Wizardly AI was presented as a screen-recording tool for producing narrated product demonstrations and instructional videos. The publisher’s Chrome Web Store listing describes AI-assisted script revision, translated narration, an editor for changing voices and video flow, and downloadable HD recordings that can also be embedded or shared. These are documented capabilities, not verified performance findings.
That workflow is relevant to software onboarding, customer-support explanations, sales demonstrations, and internal procedures. The practical appeal is reusing one clear walkthrough instead of repeatedly explaining a routine task. Whether it saves time depends on the accuracy of the draft and the editing required.
Platform and access
The publisher listing identifies a Chrome extension and indicates in-app purchases. It does not establish an official standalone Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android app. A retrievable listing also does not prove that login, processing, or existing projects remain accessible.
Older indexed product material also describes step-by-step guides alongside videos. Confirm the exact output you need, including downloadable files and editable guides, rather than assuming historical descriptions remain supported.
Pricing and billing
Current Wizardly pricing could not be verified. Its former pricing address also redirects to Everest. Older indexed material describes free and paid tiers, but those historical plans do not establish an offer available today. Everest’s prices should not be treated as prices for Wizardly’s video features.
Before any purchase, obtain a current quote and confirm the currency, billing interval, renewal behavior, cancellation method, refund terms, and access to exported files.
Privacy and terms
The extension’s publisher disclosure lists identity-related data, payment details, activity, and website content among the information it handles. This is a publisher declaration, not an independent security assessment.
Older indexed Wizardly privacy and terms documents dated May 9, 2025 were available for review; they should not be mistaken for currently live policy pages. The former privacy-policy address now redirects away from Wizardly. The older privacy text allowed sharing with service providers and marketing-related parties, while stating that personal information was not sold.
The older terms allowed changes to prices and service availability. Their refund language directed customers to contact the company without specifying a guaranteed refund window. These documents do not establish today’s contractual terms or a transfer to another service.
Before recording confidential material, obtain current answers about who operates the service, how recordings are processed, whether they are used for AI training, who can access them, and how retention and deletion work. Avoid assuming processing stays on your device.
Before relying on it
- Confirm access: establish which company operates the service and whether new accounts and existing projects are supported.
- Check one complete workflow: use non-sensitive sample data and verify capture, revision, narration, sharing, and export before a larger rollout.
- Review the result: check product names, numbers, translations, on-screen timing, and any missing steps. AI-generated instructions still need human review.
- Keep portable copies: confirm you can retain the finished video and written instructions independently of a hosted link.
- Protect the recording: close unrelated tabs, suppress notifications, and replace customer records with fictitious entries.
A sample use case
Fictional planning example: a support lead needs a 90-second guide to changing notification settings in a demo application. They prepare a test account with invented details and outline three actions: open settings, select a preference, and save it. Their acceptance criteria are legible controls, correct narration, no exposed personal data, and a file a colleague can open. This illustrates how to evaluate a tutorial tool; it is not a claim that Wizardly completed the task or met a speed target.
Bottom line
Wizardly’s documented recording-and-narration concept fits short instructional content. Its present service availability remains unverified, so this profile should not be used as a purchase recommendation. Existing users should confirm access and export options through their established account or support channel before depending on hosted tutorials.
