Memory and age safeguards
The documentation explains that character definitions, recent messages and instructions share a finite context window. Older messages can fall outside it. Memory-management tools may help continuity but do not guarantee that a character remembers every detail. Check important story facts rather than relying on the earlier “deep memory” description.
The published guidelines require adult users and adult characters and impose content restrictions. Regional age-assurance requirements may also apply. Official support says specialist verification providers handle identity checks; that does not establish identical data practices for every provider. Follow the applicable checks and never send identity documents in a chat or ordinary support ticket.

For a hypothetical mystery story, outline an adult museum curator’s background and a missing exhibit, then compare two possible dialogue directions. Privacy, publication and evidence limits
Blanket privacy or security assurances are not justified. An indexed official privacy page dated May 4, 2023 describes personal and usage data, service-provider sharing, retention exceptions and limits to security guarantees. Its direct page retrieval showed only a loading notice, and current full contractual terms were not recovered. Current training, staff-access and deletion arrangements were not independently verified. Avoid confidential information and other people’s personal data.
A current official support article says SpicyChat does not grant licences for commercial use, redistribution or publication of generated content. Do not assume that a subscription provides exclusive rights, copyright protection or clearance for third-party characters, images or recordings.
