Privacy claims need qualification
The privacy policy dated October 2, 2026 describes account, contact, transaction and technical data collection, plus prompts and searches submitted in public mode. It allows sharing in stated circumstances and acknowledges that internet security cannot be guaranteed. Retention is tied to the purposes of collection and legal obligations, not a universal immediate-deletion promise.
Accordingly, the earlier assurance that all creations are securely encrypted should not be treated as an independently verified security guarantee. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or another person’s identifiable material without appropriate permission.
Content rights and fictional characters
The terms dated August 6, 2025 distinguish public-mode licensing from private-mode treatment.
