Sheetsy AI was presented as an AI email-personalization tool connecting Google Sheets with Gmail. The historical product image retained with this listing shows Sheetsy.co and describes personalized email at scale. It does not support the earlier opening’s description of a general Excel formula generator or spreadsheet-analysis assistant.
Availability check: on October 20, 2026, the previously listed official homepage returned a Vercel deployment-not-found page showing “404 DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND” in this review. This identifies the response observed at that address, not a verified company shutdown, closure date, or failure of every existing account.
What the original product was intended to do
The useful part of the earlier listing concerned email workflows: organizing recipient data in Google Sheets, using that data to personalize messages, and sending through Gmail. The old article also described templates, scheduling, and campaign analytics. Those additional functions could not be rechecked against a working current product page.
That positioning is relevant to a small business preparing customer updates, a course creator contacting consenting learners, or an operations team managing follow-ups. It should not be confused with spreadsheet calculation, automated charts, a full customer relationship management system, or verified Excel integration.
Pricing is not currently verified
The previous GPTOnline entry recorded Starter at $0 monthly, Growth at $9, Professional at $19, and Business at $49, with increasing AI-personalization allowances. These are historical claims from that entry, not offers confirmed during this update. We could not verify current billing currency, quotas, renewal conditions, or whether any of those plans remain purchasable.
Likewise, the former description of unlimited regular sending should not be read as unlimited deliverability or permission to contact anyone. The old entry itself qualified sending by Gmail quotas. Current account limits and the product’s present connection requirements remain unverified.
Before connecting an email account
- Confirm that an official product page and support route are working and identify the correct provider.
- Review the exact Google account permissions and the recipient data the tool would receive.
- Use an opt-in list, check personalization fields, and review a small sample before any campaign.
- Confirm present sending limits, pricing, cancellation, and data-handling terms.
- Keep source contact data independently accessible rather than relying on an unverified service.
A homepage error alone is not enough to recommend abandoning an existing account or to claim the product has permanently closed. This page preserves the identifiable historical email use case while separating it from facts that still need confirmation. No signup, Gmail connection, email sending, or paid-plan testing was performed.
