Kaitoi is an AI production studio that takes you from idea to finished product. Instead of handing you a fixed feature list, it gives you an AI assistant called Penny. When your work needs a tool, a format, a model, or an integration that Kaitoi does not have yet, Penny builds it on the spot, right where you are working. The product officially debuted in public on October 27, 2026, in open beta with no waitlist and free credits to start.
How it works
You start with a need: a brief, a client ask, or half an idea, written the way you would say it out loud. Penny works with AdMuse, Kaitoi’s own creative engine for advertising, to pitch original concepts, then develops the one you pick into a script, a look, and a shot list. The shots land on a storyboard and a timeline as a rough cut you can watch, reorder, and refine. When something is missing, Penny builds it as a node, an agent, a plugin, or a custom UI, so the software adapts to the work instead of the other way around. Finished workflows can be published as Stations, simple apps at their own link that other people run on their own credits.
Every major model in one workspace
Kaitoi Studio, the browser workspace built on Kaitoi Core, works with managed providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, fal, OpenRouter, Runway, ElevenLabs, Stability AI, Magnific, World Labs, Tripo, AWS Bedrock, Firecrawl, and Pexels. You use Kaitoi’s keys and pay with credits, or bring your own keys from the Indie plan up. On Studio, you can also run models on your own GPU. Kaitoi Core, the platform and public API beneath Studio, is available through Studio for teams that want to build their own AI apps.
Who it is for
Kaitoi is built for advertising creatives, studios, agencies, and filmmakers who produce concepts, ads, and short films and keep hitting the limits of fixed toolsets. The showcase on the official site includes concept campaigns for brands that do not exist, a short film built as a movie trailer, and a one-minute travel story, all made in the workspace.
