Kiwi is a proactive AI assistant that texts you first. It launched on Product Hunt on October 26, 2026. Most assistants wait for you to ask. Kiwi keeps track of what is coming up, your trips, plans, bills and the people in them, and texts you at the right moment, when something needs doing. Saying yes is the whole job: Kiwi does the checking, the apps and the websites, and it only tells you something is booked once the company confirms it.
What Kiwi does
- Texts you first: a free Saturday afternoon, a delayed flight, a parcel that needs a signature, a dinner booking, each arrives as one short text at the right time, with the small jobs already done.
- Books when you say yes: pick a plan, book the tickets, lunch and the taxi, or move a delivery to Saturday. Nothing happens without your yes.
- Reads your calendar and email: Kiwi knows what is coming up, so it can remind you an hour before a call with the link, or send your ticket on the night with what to bring.
- Works with the apps you already use: your calendar and email first, then Slack, WhatsApp, Spotify and more. When there is no app for it, Kiwi uses the website.
- Shows the price first: anything that costs money shows its price before booking. Kiwi never types your card number, never shows your passwords to an AI, and never pays twice for the same thing.
- Your data stays yours: your data is never sold, and no business can pay to change what Kiwi suggests.
Kiwi runs on iPhone and Android, in iMessage or WhatsApp. The team is also building the Kiwi Band, a band for your wrist with no screen: it buzzes when Kiwi needs you, and you answer with a tap or your voice, so your phone can stay in your pocket.
Who it is for
Kiwi targets busy people who live on their phones but do not want to: parents planning a Saturday with the kids, frequent travellers, anyone whose flights, bills, replies and birthdays keep pulling them back to the screen. Kiwi handles the small jobs and only interrupts when something is worth doing.
