Victoria AI SDR is a sales outreach platform. It helps B2B teams find prospects, run LinkedIn and email sequences, manage replies and move interested people toward a meeting. The official site now focuses on outbound sales rather than the general-purpose enterprise workflow platform described in our earlier listing.
Victoria brings prospecting, campaign setup, a Unified Inbox, Simple CRM and analytics into one workflow. It also offers Victoria Pulse for company research and buying signals, plus a managed service for teams that want the provider to run campaigns. Those are distinct offerings, so buyers should check which product and service level they are evaluating.
What can Victoria AI SDR do?
- Find sales prospects: search its Lead database using buyer criteria or bring an existing list. CSV columns can become variables in messages. The provider’s definition of a verified email includes catch-all addresses, so verification should not be read as a guarantee that an individual mailbox exists.
- Build multichannel sequences: combine profile views, connection requests, LinkedIn messages and email steps. Sequences can branch based on connection acceptance and stop for a person when they reply. A/B testing compares different approaches.
- Personalize messages: the homepage describes using a prospect’s website, profile, recent posts and lead information. Generated text still needs review for factual accuracy, relevance and tone.
- Handle replies: the AI Appointment Setter can respond using campaign material, share a booking link and follow up. Pricing, legal, security and other specified questions are handed to a person.
- Track the pipeline: the included inbox, CRM and analytics help connect campaign activity with replies and meetings. The provider’s example dashboards and customer results are illustrations, not predicted results for every account.
See the official Lead database, sequence features and Appointment Setter documentation for the current scope.
How much control does a team have?
Chat with Victoria helps set up and edit campaigns through approvals. Its job differs from the Appointment Setter: the in-app chat does not itself send or reply to prospect messages. The Appointment Setter has autonomous and notify-only modes. In notify-only mode, it emails the team a brief and a person answers. The provider says there is no approve-every-reply drafting mode; review its behavior before enabling autonomous replies.
The sales copilot page describes setup approvals and proposed campaign improvements. The API and MCP integration can let a connected assistant prepare and activate campaigns with approval for changes. Connecting a sender and changing billing remain in the product. Activation can start a sending workflow, so review the campaign before approving it.
Sending limits and practical considerations
Victoria describes fixed sending caps, a ramp for new senders, email authentication checks and an organization-wide do-not-contact list. These controls affect campaign capacity; a subscription does not mean unlimited outbound messages. They also do not remove a team’s responsibility to use appropriate contact data, respect opt-outs and follow the rules of the accounts it connects.
Before a rollout, check the target audience, sender permissions, personalization sources, stop conditions and human handoffs. A small, reviewed campaign is a more useful evaluation than assuming that automated outreach will produce a particular reply rate or revenue result.
Pricing and the free trial
As checked on October 19, 2026, Victoria AI SDR has recurring Workspace and Agency plans with different sender, mailbox and credit allowances. Credits pay for AI work and lead discovery, with extra capacity available separately. Pulse has its own free and paid tiers, while the managed service uses custom pricing. Check the official pricing page and checkout for the currency, taxes, included usage and total recurring charge.
The advertised 30-day trial requires a card and can finish early. The provider states that reaching 200 sends or 20 Appointment Setter conversations ends the trial and starts billing. At day 30, it says charging depends on whether a sender has been connected. Review those conditions before starting; the trial is not an unconditional month of free use.
Who is Victoria AI best suited to?
Victoria is worth evaluating for founders, sales teams and agencies that want prospecting and follow-up in one system and can supervise their outbound process. Teams looking for general internal workflow automation should first confirm that Victoria’s current sales-focused product matches their needs. This overview is based on public product information; it does not report hands-on sending tests or independently verified sales results.
