StylePal AI is an outfit-comparison app from Rynova Labs. The official website describes a simple starting point: upload two outfit photos and receive AI-generated style ratings. It may be useful when you want another opinion on two looks you already own, rather than a shopping list or a complete wardrobe-management system.

This overview is based on public product listings and the website’s privacy policy. We have not installed the app, uploaded photos, purchased a subscription or tested its recommendations.

What StylePal Offers

The Google Play listing describes comparison scores, a preferred outfit, occasion-based feedback and sharing of comparisons to social platforms. You provide two pictures and explain the setting. Its advertised criteria include style, fit, occasion match and a confidence-related impression.

Those ratings are generated opinions. A photo cannot establish how comfortable clothing feels, whether it meets every dress-code requirement or how confident you actually feel. Use the feedback to consider options, without treating a score as a judgment of your appearance or worth.

App Availability and Pricing

StylePal is listed for Android and is already available on the Apple App Store. The Apple listing supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. Its version history also mentions outfit-improvement suggestions and inspiration images; we have not verified their current limits.

The Apple download is listed as free with in-app purchases. This does not establish an unlimited free comparison allowance. No reliable current public quota was verified.

  • Yearly: the US Apple listing shows $29.99 for the yearly purchase. Its description advertises a three-day trial for that plan.
  • Monthly price conflict: the same listing’s purchase list shows $6.99, while its description says $9.99 per month. Its description explicitly says no monthly free trial.
  • Android: Google Play’s description advertises $29.99 yearly with a three-day trial and $9.99 monthly without a trial. These are description prices, not a verified checkout quote.

Check the offer on your device for the actual currency, regional price, tax treatment, renewal amount and trial eligibility. A yearly charge is paid for a year; it is not a monthly-payment plan. Refund decisions follow the relevant store’s policies; no guaranteed refund is established here.

Billing Checks Before Starting a Trial

The current terms, updated October 7, 2026, say subscriptions renew automatically. On Apple, turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the period or trial ends; on Google Play, cancel before the renewal date. A trial converts to paid service unless cancelled in time, and cancelling a trial may end access immediately.

Manage the subscription through the store where you bought it. Deleting a StylePal account does not cancel its subscription. Paid access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation, and Apple or Google handles refunds under its own rules.

The terms license the service for personal, non-commercial use and describe ratings as entertainment and information without guaranteed accuracy. Check with the provider before using it for paid client work or commercial content production. You retain ownership of uploaded photos while granting a limited processing licence.

A Practical Comparison Example

Hypothetical example: you are choosing between a jacket-and-trousers outfit and a shirt-and-trousers outfit for a daytime gathering.

  1. Photograph both from a similar distance, with similar lighting and a clear view of the clothing. Keep the background free of private documents or other people.
  2. Describe the actual setting, including any stated dress code. Leave out personal information that is unnecessary for an outfit opinion.
  3. Read the explanation rather than looking only at the winning score. Ask whether its suggestions match what you wanted from the outfit.
  4. Check comfort, movement, weather and the venue’s requirements yourself. You can choose the lower-scoring look if it suits you better.
  5. Share a comparison only if you want to. Get permission from anyone identifiable in the pictures.

This workflow is an editorial example, not an observed app result. It does not require buying new clothes or repeatedly seeking a higher score.

Photos, Privacy and Limitations

The website privacy policy, dated March 15, 2026, covers account details, uploaded outfit pictures, usage and device information. It says photos are used for outfit analysis and may be stored temporarily; it does not give a precise photo-retention period or identify the AI model provider.

The policy rules out selling or sharing photos for advertising purposes, but also describes operational service providers. That is not a promise that no outside processor receives information. Account data is retained while the account is active, and deletion can be requested. We have not independently verified those practices or a model-training restriction.

The policy says the service is not directed to children under 13. Store age ratings should not be treated as account-eligibility terms. Avoid uploading sensitive pictures or anyone else’s image without permission, and do not infer biometric accuracy or mental-health benefits from a fashion score.

Is StylePal a Useful Fit?

Consider it if your main question is which of two outfits to wear and you are comfortable sharing photos after reviewing the terms. It is less suitable if you need verified measurements, professional dress-code advice or an objective assessment of attractiveness. No such capability was established in this review.

For a broader comparison, browse our AI tools directory. Choose based on the task, privacy trade-off and actual purchase offer, rather than a promise that an app will improve your confidence.
