NeonLights AI is a web-based image and video generation platform by Heyselcuk. Although its name and site use a neon aesthetic, the current product is a broader creative platform. Its public pages describe different image and video models, photo-based effects, and credit-funded generation. Dedicated neon-sign design, font controls, or physical sign production were not verified.
Purchase availability: when checked on October 20, 2026, the official pricing page said payments were temporarily paused and disabled checkout for all credit packs. The website remained accessible. This does not establish that generation is unavailable to every existing account, but new credit purchases should not be assumed possible.
What the platform offers
- Image generation: the homepage describes a range of visual styles, from photographic images to abstract art.
- Video generation: a separate video workflow is advertised, alongside image tools.
- Photo effects: users are directed to choose an effect template and supply an image.
- Model choice: the site links to model guides and displays different credit costs for different generators.
The homepage advertises 4K images and videos up to 12 seconds, but these should be read as product-level marketing, not a guarantee for every model or setting. Check the selected generation panel for its actual resolution, duration, input requirements, and credit charge. This review did not generate or download an output.
Displayed credit packs and prices
The pricing page lists the following one-time credit packs in euros. All three checkout options were paused at this review.
| Pack | Displayed price | Credits | Purchase status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | €6 one time | 600 | Payments paused |
| Commander | €18 one time | 1,900 | Payments paused |
| Admiral | €96 one time | 12,000 | Payments paused |
Credits are not equivalent to images. Listed examples include 6 credits for Minimax Image-01, 8 for Flux Dev, 10 for Seedream 4, and 24 for Nano Banana. Thus, 600 credits corresponds to at most 100 of the first example or 25 of the last, before other spending. A listed Seedance 1.5 Pro example costs 60 credits for four seconds. Model, duration, and settings can change the amount required.
Do not treat the displayed packs as a currently purchasable offer. If checkout resumes, confirm the final price, applicable tax, credit validity, refund rules, and output-use conditions before buying.
Useful projects and a careful workflow
The platform may be relevant to designers, artists, content creators, and marketers preparing visual concepts. Possible starting projects include an illustration for a personal story, alternative moods for a social graphic, or a short animated concept. A neon style can be part of a prompt, but that is different from a verified specialist sign-design feature.
- Decide whether the deliverable is a still image, a short video, or an effect applied to a photo.
- Use source material you are entitled to upload, and get appropriate permission when another person is identifiable.
- Set the composition, intended aspect ratio, and visual style before generating variations.
- Check the displayed credit requirement and current account access before starting.
- Review the result for distorted objects, inaccurate text, unintended branding, and suitability for the intended audience.
For a logo or advertisement, consider generated imagery a draft asset. Verify brand accuracy, legibility, dimensions, and relevant usage rights before publication. For print, inspect the actual exported file rather than relying on the broad “4K” claim.
Availability and limits
Public image, video, and effects entry points are present on the website. A dedicated mobile application was not verified from the reviewed official pages. Payment suspension is the main purchasing limitation observed; we have not tested existing-account balances, successful rendering, or generation speed.
