| Overview | AuthorVoices.ai uses AI voice generation to turn manuscripts into audiobooks. It offers curated narrators and the option to clone your own voice, or another adult’s voice with written informed consent. Production time, cost savings and audio quality depend on the project; authors still need to review pronunciation, editing and distribution requirements. |

The selected Monthly Studio plans showed Starter $49 per month with 440,000 credits and up to 2 audiobooks, Basic $99 with 1,100,000 credits and up to 5, and Pro $149 with 2,200,000 credits and up to 10. Each allows one new book a day; monthly credits reset and do not roll over. Annual billing is offered, but an annual price was not verified. For a one-time purchase, the $49 Economy pass covers one book up to 400,000 characters plus 20,000 editing credits; it locks to the first project and is consumed when that book completes. Premium Short, Standard and Long book packs displayed $59, $89 and $129 respectively, with approximate capacities of 55,800, 93,000 and 139,500 words. Unused premium-pack credits do not expire. For premium one-book packs, character use rather than finished hours meters narration; word/hour estimates vary. New accounts can try 5,000 characters according to the FAQ. Check the current offer before buying. |
