Historical 10Web homepage with an AI-powered WordPress platform headline and a Get Started for Free button.

Updated October 15, 2026. This is a documentation-based review. GPTOnline did not create an account, start a trial, build a website, or benchmark 10Web.

Historical 10Web homepage image retained from the original December 2024 listing. Its free-start and payment-card messaging is archival; check the current plan and trial conditions below. This is not a GPTOnline product test.

10Web combines AI-assisted website creation with WordPress and managed hosting. It is worth considering when you want a business website with a familiar content-management system, but the generated result still needs your review. Its current marketing includes websites, stores, and web apps; this listing focuses on building and maintaining a small-business website.

What is 10Web?

The current 10Web homepage describes a WordPress-backed builder with conversational AI editing and a visual editor. It can start from a description or existing material. The getting-started guide still describes an Elementor-based editor. Confirm which editing experience your account offers before planning an existing Elementor workflow around it.

The names refer to different jobs:

Component Purpose
AI Website Builder Creates and changes site structure, design, and content.
Managed hosting Runs the WordPress installation and hosting services.
AI Assistant The content-writing tool described in 10Web’s platform FAQ.
10Web Booster Performance optimization for WordPress websites.

These distinctions appear in the platform FAQ. Booster also has a separate free plugin tier: its plan guide limits optimization to the homepage plus five additional pages per site, across up to ten websites. That is not an unrestricted free website-building subscription.

Prices and limits

The annual pricing cards showed the following offers on October 15, 2026. Amounts are USD; a monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month bill.

Plan Annual offer and included limits
AI Starter $120 for 12 months ($10/month equivalent). One website, 100 AI credits/month, 10GB storage, 10,000 monthly visitors.
AI Premium $180 for 12 months ($15/month equivalent). Two websites, 200 AI credits/month, 15GB storage, 20,000 monthly visitors.
AI Ultimate $270 for 12 months ($22.50/month equivalent). Four websites, 300 AI credits/month, 25GB storage, 50,000 monthly visitors.

Monthly billing is also offered. Check its current checkout price, taxes, renewal amount, and extras rather than assuming the annual equivalent applies. The Premium guide says its visitor allowance is shared across sites, with $2 per extra 10,000 visitors and $2 per extra 5GB storage. It also lists Cloudflare Enterprise CDN as an additional purchase. AI credits cover generation and editing; budget for revisions, not just the first draft.

Free access and billing

Official pages conflict. The builder page describes a three-day trial with five AI credits and payment to launch and keep a site. Elsewhere on that same page, it advertises free publishing on a 10web.site address. These statements do not establish a consistent permanent-free entitlement.

Meanwhile, the getting-started guide describes a seven-day, card-backed trial. It warns that restricted actions can trigger charges before the trial ends. For that flow, cancel within the trial to avoid conversion to paid service.

Refund wording also conflicts: the pricing page advertises 30 days, ending when the free domain is claimed; the Terms of Service, dated March 30, 2026, say platform payments are final. Those terms describe automatic subscription renewal and cancellation before the next billing cycle. Ask 10Web to confirm the trial, charge date, renewal price, and applicable refund conditions in writing before providing payment details. Do not treat the marketing badge as an unconditional guarantee.

Moving a website

Importing an existing WordPress installation and recreating a page from its URL are different operations. The migration guide says automatic migration copies a WordPress site onto 10Web hosting without changing the live original. URL recreation should not be assumed to transfer orders, users, integrations, or server settings. Only reuse material you own or have permission to use.

For leaving, 10Web’s builder documentation says sites can move to a WordPress-compatible host. Its export guide discusses files and database exports. Portability still requires checking themes, plugins, licences, forms, redirects, and replacement hosting services. Do not assume an export includes continued access to 10Web’s hosted AI tools. Keep a backup and verify the destination before cancelling hosting.

A practical review brief

Consider a fictional bicycle-repair business, Willow Cycle Repair. It needs Home, Services, Booking, and Contact pages, a telephone link, approved workshop photos, opening hours, and appointment requests that staff confirm manually. This is an evaluation example, not a website we generated.

A useful brief would specify: “Create a four-page bicycle-repair website. Use only the supplied services and prices. Label bookings as requests awaiting confirmation. Do not invent testimonials, certifications, availability, or turnaround guarantees.”

Review the proposed result against concrete acceptance checks:

  • Accuracy: Every price and opening hour matches the owner’s approved information.
  • Booking: A request reaches the correct inbox, displays a clear confirmation, and never promises an unconfirmed appointment.
  • Mobile use: Navigation, telephone links, form labels, and error messages remain usable on a narrow screen and with a keyboard.
  • Maintainability: Staff can change a service price, restore a backup, and identify who handles plugin updates.

A polished homepage alone would not pass this review. Start with the smallest useful site, then evaluate payments or customer accounts separately.

Speed and privacy

Treat the advertised 90+ PageSpeed score as a vendor claim. 10Web’s optimization guide acknowledges scores below 90 and possible interface or JavaScript problems. Test representative pages after real images, forms, and integrations are present. A speed score does not guarantee search rankings or production readiness.

The privacy policy specifically describes recordings of website changes during AI co-pilot interactions: team review is possible, retention is one month, and those recordings are not used to train AI models. That narrow statement is not a blanket promise about every input or service. Use fictional customer data during evaluation.

Who should consider it?

10Web is a plausible shortlist option for a business that wants WordPress, integrated hosting, and AI help with initial construction. Clarify the conflicting commercial terms first and retain responsibility for content and launch checks. For another website-building option, see GPTOnline’s Framer listing; compare your actual requirements rather than headline speed claims.
