RememberFast Spaced Repetition icon and title, iPhone purchase labels and app information in its UK App Store listing

Updated on October 20, 2026.

Featured image: screenshot of the official UK App Store listing for RememberFast Spaced Repetition, captured October 20, 2026. This is the same iPhone app ID formerly named MemoAnki; Google Play still uses MemoAnki. It shows the store listing, not a tested app session. The displayed subtitle, device, age and purchase labels are store/developer presentation, not independent evidence of learning effectiveness or tested compatibility.

Product and website status checked October 20, 2026: MemoAnki’s iPhone listing is now RememberFast Spaced Repetition, under the same Apple app ID and developer, Matteo Ricupero. Google Play still calls the Android app MemoAnki. The former memoanki.com address redirected to www.memoanki.com and displayed an unrelated film and television site, so it is no longer linked here as the flashcard service. This observation does not establish that the apps have stopped working.

Name MemoAnki AI / RememberFast
Overview (Long Description) MemoAnki AI is a streamlined flashcard app using the SuperMemo SM-2 spaced-repetition method. Its iPhone listing now uses the RememberFast name. The developer describes no-account study, pronunciation audio, learning-progress tracking and optional AI translation and writing correction. The Android description still requires an OpenAI API key, while the iPhone release notes describe AI subscriptions. Feature access therefore needs to be checked for the specific platform and version.
Key Features & Benefits
  • Spaced repetition engine (SM‑2) schedules reviews according to the spaced-repetition method; it does not guarantee optimal retention for every learner.
  • AI-powered tools: translation & writing corrections. The Android description specifies your own OpenAI API key; RememberFast’s iPhone release notes list AI subscriptions, including random-card generation. Online AI requests are separate from basic flashcard study .
  • Built-in audio to practice pronunciation.
  • Offline-friendly: the developer’s RememberFast download page advertises offline flashcard study, and the listings describe no-account access. Offline behavior and AI availability were not tested .
  • Progress tracking to follow learning progress; the exact charts and advanced statistics depend on the app version .
Use Cases & Applications
  • Language learning: build vocabulary with audio and AI corrections.
  • Academic study: ideal for memorizing definitions, dates, formulas.
  • Casual learners/travelers: prepare vocabulary for travel; check which functions work offline on your device.
  • Writers/students: improve writing via AI suggestions.
Who Uses It?
  • Students, especially language learners.
  • Casual learners and travelers.
  • Anyone seeking a no‑frills flashcard system with smart study tools .
Pricing
  • Free core app: the developer describes core flashcards, audio and progress tracking as free. Exact card limits and AI allowances were not verified.
  • AI subscriptions on iPhone: version 3.0.0 lists AI translation, random-card generation and text correction. The UK App Store lists GBP £6.99 weekly, £12.99 monthly and £44.99 yearly. Confirm the current regional offer and renewal terms in the app .
  • Pricing descriptions are inconsistent: premium is still described as coming soon despite in-app purchases and iPhone subscriptions. Sync, folders, advanced statistics, richer cards and custom intervals remain unverified roadmap items. Optional OpenAI API usage can have separate charges.

App Available?
  • PWA/Browser version: the original article described a browser/PWA workflow. Apple now links to rememberfast.com as the developer website; its live homepage, checked October 20, 2026, describes local browser storage, offline study and export/import. This review did not verify a working browser app, and the former memoanki.com destination is unrelated
  • Mobile apps: the RememberFast iPhone listing and MemoAnki Android listing are both by Matteo Ricupero. Store listings do not establish installability on every device or in every region; optional purchases and AI access differ .

Using the optional AI tools

Keep API keys private, review the provider’s billing and data controls, and avoid sending sensitive study material unless you have a suitable basis to do so. No-account access does not mean an optional cloud-AI request stays on the device. Review translations and writing suggestions rather than treating them as authoritative.

If you rely on the original local-storage workflow, check export and backup options before clearing browser data, reinstalling or changing devices. Do not assume that planned cross-device sync will recover local cards.

Sources checked October 20, 2026: the developer’s Google Play listing, Apple App Store listing and the RememberFast homepage and download page. Apple’s version history records the rename; some description and privacy links still reference older names or the former domain. Check the destination before using those links. The live developer website links to these same mobile apps. No app installation, API request or paid feature was tested.
