IllustrateAI was Design Bundles’ text-to-image tool within its Plus membership. This page preserves that product’s context for readers following the older name. On October 20, 2026, its official Illustrate AI URL redirected to the current membership page, which promotes an AI suite called Creator. The reviewed sources do not establish that every historical IllustrateAI control or account entitlement carries over unchanged.
What IllustrateAI originally offered
Design Bundles’ July 28, 2023 Plus FAQ describes creating images from text, publishing them to a shared gallery and upscaling. It also links an introduction to 100 art styles. The FAQ says published images could be seen and downloaded by other paying Plus subscribers; publishing was therefore different from keeping an image private.
The same dated FAQ describes unlimited IllustrateAI access for Plus Unlimited, while Basic and Pro used 0.25 credits per generated image and one credit to publish and upscale. Those are historical plan mechanics, not a verified current Creator tariff. The old article’s seed and negative-prompt controls, standalone sticker maker and background-removal claims were not confirmed in the current public interface reviewed here.
Current Design Bundles membership
The current membership page says Plus is now called Unlimited. It describes Creator as a suite for generating, editing and remixing designs, and Easy Edits as a separate browser tool for adjusting supported design files.

Displayed prices exclude tax. The seven-day Unlimited trial requires a card, limits downloads to 30 products and converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before day seven. These are membership offers, not a standalone IllustrateAI subscription. Confirm current generation allowances and tool access before joining.
Useful projects and checks before publishing
The original tool’s audience included crafters, small shops, graphic designers and people preparing printable or social graphics. Those project ideas remain useful, but a generated image is a starting asset rather than an automatically print-ready product.
- Specify the subject, composition, intended background and visual style clearly.
- Compare variations for unwanted lettering, distorted details and accidental branding.
- For stickers, check the actual cut outline and transparency. For apparel or cards, inspect the exported dimensions at the intended physical size.
- Keep the original download and the applicable license record with your project.
- Before making a gallery contribution public, check whether others can download it and whether it contains anything you intended to keep private.
Licensing and availability limits
The historical FAQ says IllustrateAI images used the Plus product license. This is not an assurance of exclusive ownership, protection from third-party claims or permission for every resale format. Check the license attached to the actual download and intended use, especially when selling digital assets or using print-on-demand services.
Creator is linked by the current official website. This review did not sign in, start a trial, generate an image or verify a native mobile/desktop application. Current public membership wording should take precedence over old Basic/Pro credit examples or development/staging pages found in search results.
