This dated excerpt omits some plan terms; permitted-use, consent and privacy limits are discussed below.

Cluely AI is a meeting assistant that uses conversation and screen context to produce live suggestions, transcripts and meeting notes. Its current website emphasizes help during a conversation as well as a record afterward. Desktop apps remain available for macOS and Windows, and there is now a separate iPhone app.

Meeting assistance and practical uses

On desktop, a keyboard shortcut requests contextual help. The service advertises a movable overlay, live transcription, notes and follow-up material, without adding a bot participant to the meeting. It lists Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Webex among compatible tools. Compatibility is a provider claim, not a test of every device, app version or recording arrangement.

Useful scenarios include permitted sales-call support, client discussions, presentations, interview preparation, study review and brainstorming. The same contextual-assistance approach can support solo coding or writing, pitch preparation and permitted negotiation discussions; verify its suggestions rather than treating them as authoritative. Custom instructions and uploaded reference files can give the assistant context. Check suggested answers, names, commitments and action items before sharing them.

The homepage now advertises more than 12 transcription languages; the old 50-plus claim was not reconfirmed. Likewise, the earlier references to detailed performance scoring, CRM synchronization, manager shadow coaching and specific enterprise SSO features are not established by the current public plan descriptions. Ask for a current specification if those determine your purchase.

Desktop and mobile access

The download page lists macOS 10.15 or later on Intel or Apple Silicon, and Windows 11 on an x64 processor. It recommends 8 GB RAM and lists 500 MB of free storage. This does not establish Windows 10 support.

The Cluely Inc iPhone listing requires iOS 17 or later. It describes recording and transcription, live questions, summaries, exports and desktop synchronization, with an account, internet connection and microphone access required for the stated workflow. Desktop and mobile purchase terms should be checked separately.

Plans and billing

The public desktop pricing page displays the following monthly amounts. Its terms specify U.S. dollars; taxes and the final checkout commitment should still be checked.

Plan Displayed monthly price Published scope
Starter Free Limited AI responses and meeting notes, custom instructions and up to three uploaded files.
Pro US$19.99 Advertised unlimited responses, notetaking, latest-model access, files and customization, plus priority support.
Pro + Undetectability US$149.99 Pro features plus the provider’s screen-share concealment feature.

With the annual desktop selector selected, Pro displays US$11.99 per month and Pro + Undetectability US$44.99 per month. These are annual-plan monthly equivalents, not month-to-month offers; confirm the full annual charge at checkout. The old five-responses-per-day allowance, 100-character limit and named GPT/Claude versions should not be treated as current plan guarantees. Enterprise services are mentioned in the terms, but a current enterprise feature bundle or quote was not verified.

The website’s Mobile tab shows US$8 per week even when the selector is labeled Monthly, and US$144 billed annually with Annually selected. The U.S. iPhone listing separately shows Mobile Weekly at US$7.99 and Mobile Annual at US$139.99. These public channel prices differ; verify the actual Apple purchase offer rather than assuming the website amount will be charged. Neither listing establishes that a mobile purchase includes the desktop concealment tier.

Cancellation, privacy and consent checks

Cluely’s cancellation policy says cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly or annual period, with no prorated refund. Its general terms separately contain a default 30-day non-renewal notice condition unless an order says otherwise. Confirm the rule attached to your purchase.

The published refund policy describes a 24-hour window limited to video evidence that the software does not work on the computer. It excludes screen-share detection, slow responses and Windows 10 compatibility complaints. This is not a general satisfaction guarantee.

There is an important conflict in the public data statements: the privacy page says Cluely does not train on user data, while terms section 3.2 authorizes training on Free and Pro customer data unless otherwise agreed. The introductory paragraph limits that consumer section to users who have not opted out of full authorization, and enterprise treatment differs. Obtain clarification before sharing confidential conversations. The privacy policy also describes collection of recordings, transcripts and screenshots and says the service is not directed to under-16s.

Screen-share concealment is a vendor claim, not a guarantee of invisibility or permission to record. Obtain appropriate participant and organizational consent, follow applicable recording rules, and respect interview or assessment policies. Do not use the tool to misrepresent unaided work.

Official sources checked October 20, 2026. No recording, installation or undetectability test was performed.
