| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Name | Soula Care |
| Overview | Soula is an AI emotional-wellness companion from MAMATECH LTD. Its current website addresses women across life stages, including parenting, rather than only pregnancy and newborn care. It describes check-ins, conversations and personalized reflections. The earlier GPT-3 and 30,000-mothers claims were not verified as current specifications. |
| Key features & benefits |
These descriptions do not establish clinical effectiveness, perfect recall or access to a live qualified expert. |
| Use cases and applications |
The earlier comprehensive pregnancy-planner/tracker description was not confirmed in the current sources. |
| Who uses? | Women seeking general emotional-wellness reflection, including pregnant women and new or experienced mothers. App-store ratings and contractual eligibility are different; check both for your region. |
| Pricing | The current homepage advertises free initial check-ins. Store sources list in-app purchases, while website terms effective August 15, 2022 still describe the service as free with paid subscriptions considered for later. These statements do not establish a current universal free allowance or paid tariff. Confirm the offer, billing period, currency and renewal/cancellation conditions before paying. |

| App available? | Yes. Google Play lists Soula under MAMATECH. Indexed Apple listing information also identifies MAMATECH LTD and app ID 1639942964, but direct retrieval of the checked Cyprus listing failed. Regional installation and feature availability were not tested. |
A bounded way to use it
For example, describe a non-sensitive scheduling difficulty and use the conversation to draft questions for a discussion with your partner or clinician. Do not enter someone else’s medical details. This is a hypothetical workflow, not a Soula-generated answer or a treatment recommendation.
The provider explicitly describes Soula as neither therapy nor medical care. Do not rely on an AI companion to diagnose a condition, determine whether symptoms are urgent or reliably recognize a crisis. For health concerns, use qualified human care; an urgent emergency needs local emergency services rather than an app response.
Read the data policy before sharing
The privacy policy describes collection of chatbot messages and sensitive health information and possible transfer of messages to OpenAI. It says uninstalling the app does not close the account and describes three-year retention after uninstalling or inactivity, with exceptions to deletion for legal or dispute-related needs. Its separate calendar-data provisions should not be read as a blanket no-training or zero-retention promise for every conversation.
