Strongr Fastr combines meal planning, food logging, and progressive workout routines. It is designed for people who want a coordinated nutrition and training schedule, with a separate product for coaches managing clients. The service is available on the web, iPhone/iPad, and Android.
Meal planning and training features
The official website describes an onboarding body analysis, weekly recipes and grocery lists, and workouts selected for a person’s goals, schedule, and equipment. Its advertised ten-minute analysis is a planning workflow, not a medical examination.
- Nutrition planning: organize meals around calorie and macronutrient targets, change recipes, add personal recipes, and account for cooking preferences and budget.
- Diet preferences: the developer lists keto, paleo, vegetarian, and vegan options, plus ingredient exclusions. Check labels and recipes yourself when allergies are involved.
- Training: choose home bodyweight or gym routines. The catalog includes established programs such as Greyskull and PHUL, with progression, exercise guidance, and editable routines.
- Tracking: log meals and workouts, review weight and exercise-volume charts, and adjust the plan over time. Current app descriptions also list barcode, photo, voice, and text food logging.
A practical starting point is to choose a schedule you can maintain, review the proposed exercises and meals, then compare logged activity with the plan. Food recognition and automatic progression still need human checking; a generated schedule does not guarantee an individual result.
Free access and individual Pro pricing
The official Android listing says workout routines and macro recommendations are free, while full meal planning requires an upgrade. The U.S. App Store listing identifies Monthly Pro Plan at $9.99 and Annual Pro Plan at $49.99. It also shows other Pro purchases at $52.99, $59.99, and $79.99 without clearly mapping those entries to a duration or eligibility.
Those storefront entries are not a universal web or Android offer. Check the actual purchase screen for your region, period, trial, and renewal price. The developer’s iOS description says subscriptions renew automatically; turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Canceling renewal retains access until the paid period ends.
Separate plans for fitness professionals
The professional pricing page lists these monthly US-dollar plans, each with five clients and an advertised 14-day free trial:
| Plan | Base monthly price | Each additional client per month |
|---|---|---|
| Training Only | US$10 | US$2 |
| Nutrition Only | US$20 | US$4 |
| Full Package | US$25 | US$5 |
Coaches can prepare client plans and monitor progress. Meal plans can be delivered as PDFs or through client app access; workout delivery requires the app. A newly created or reactivated client counts as active for at least 30 days for billing, with later adjustments based on usage. This professional service is distinct from an individual’s Pro subscription.
Health and purchase limitations
The provider’s terms describe the website as an informational wellness service for adults, not medical advice or a certified weight-loss program. They call for appropriate medical guidance before using dietary or fitness plans, particularly where conditions, medication, or restrictions matter. The App Store age rating is not the same as contractual eligibility.
The same terms distinguish trial subscriptions, whose charges are described as non-refundable, from initial no-trial purchases with a seven-day refund-request window; renewals are excluded. Review the terms applying to your purchase channel. No body analysis, food upload, workout, or paid subscription was tested for this overview. Sources checked: October 20, 2026.
