Vera, by AxiomStudio, is a free AI code-review agent that reviews every pull request on GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps, flagging bugs, logic errors, security risks and maintainability issues before merge. It launched on November 4, 2026, according to its launch announcement, as part of AxiomStudio’s VibeFlow platform.
What it does
Vera runs on the team’s existing coding agent, so there is no new LLM subscription to buy. It reviews every pull request automatically, or on demand with a comment such as @vibeflow review, and returns evidence-backed findings rated Advisory or Blocker, each with the exact file and line, the impact, and the verification evidence behind it. A fix-and-re-check loop runs the code through a security and QA review after changes, and follow-up tickets can be created in one click.
There are no caps: unlimited reviews and unlimited users, with no per-PR or per-line limits.
