| Name | RAVATAR |
| Overview | RAVATAR provides interactive AI avatars and holographic presentations for businesses. Its website now features Genesis AI Avatar Studio alongside custom projects. It advertises configurable appearance, voice and knowledge for digital hosts. A simulation does not reproduce a person’s consciousness, authentic presence or every aspect of their behaviour. |
| Key features & benefits |
These are provider-described capabilities, not independently tested realism, response accuracy, cost savings or integration performance. |
| Use cases and applications |
Do not assume that publicly available celebrity footage permits cloning. Historical or memorial representations need careful permission and context checks; they should not be presented as a deceased person’s actual new statements or continued presence. |
| Who uses? | Marketers, designers, event producers, advertisers and developers evaluating digital presenters or interactive experiences. Confirm the project’s scope rather than assuming that every creative or entertainment use is supported. |
| Pricing | The provider describes Genesis subscription plans with conversation-minute allowances and separate quotations for custom projects and holographic displays. A current numerical price schedule and permanent free allowance were not verified in the retained evidence, so the earlier free-version claim has been removed. The terms identify EUR as the default currency, allow local-currency presentation, and describe consumer prices as including applicable sales tax. Confirm the actual currency, billing cycle, included minutes, additional usage, hardware and project charges before ordering. |

| App available? | Genesis is presented as a self-service online platform. The provider also describes embedding avatars in customers’ mobile apps; this is not proof of a standalone RAVATAR consumer app. Native store listings, account access and device compatibility were not tested. |
A practical, consent-based example
For a hypothetical exhibition, choose an authorized fictional guide, prepare a reviewed list of opening hours and exhibit facts, and clearly label the guide as AI-generated. Arrange a human contact for unanswered questions and check responses before deployment. Do not insert invented quotations into a real person’s mouth. This is a planning example, not an avatar created or tested for this review.
Consent, privacy and limitations
The provider’s FAQ requires prior consent to reproduce someone’s likeness or voice. Its terms also restrict non-consensual image uploads and misleading presentation of AI output. Permission to create an avatar does not automatically clear every source recording, photograph, trademark or subsequent use.
The privacy policy identifies the operator as Cyber Leo Limited. It describes account, contact, usage and technical data collection, and says submitted video-generation content may be processed for internal research or service improvement. Do not assume a blanket no-training or confidentiality guarantee. It describes EEA hosting with safeguards for certain outside-EEA access or transfers, and purpose-based retention with legal exceptions and residual backups—not immediate universal deletion.
Before providing recordings or connecting business systems, clarify consent, access, retention and permitted uses for the specific deployment. Security and compliance marketing is not an independent certification. Use qualified human review for consequential decisions; a lifelike interface is not proof that an answer is correct.
