These displayed dollar amounts do not establish a particular dollar currency or final checkout total. Image rights and privacy

Use only material you are entitled to process and follow the content rules. The terms restrict real-person likeness manipulation and impersonation even where consent is claimed; permission to upload does not override prohibited uses. The user agreement allows some commercial output use but does not guarantee originality, intellectual-property protection or freedom from third-party claims.

The privacy policy says uploaded and generated content is normally deleted within 24 hours and is not used for model training without separate consent. Other account, transaction and security records have different retention rules. These are provider statements, not an independent deletion or security audit.
