Image and legacy links: The image shows the public introduction on Pedagogue’s official Whole-School AI Programme page, captured October 29, 2026 at 04:26 UTC. It identifies the programme; it is not a course, results or accreditation test. The LinkedIn and mobile-store links in the “Find them online” section were retained from the earlier article. Their current affiliation and availability were not independently confirmed; they should not be treated as verified current official accounts or proof that the school programme requires those apps. Use the provider’s website for current access information.

| Name | Pedagogue AI |
| Overview | The original provider website now presents Pedagogue as an AI professional-development programme for schools, including teaching and support staff. This differs from the general mobile-learning description in the earlier article. The current offer focuses on staff learning, school strategy and reviewing how AI is used; this review does not establish when the positioning changed. |
| Key features & benefits |

| Use cases and applications |
|
| Who uses? | Adult school staff, including teachers, support teams and school leaders. The current programme is not presented as a pupil-facing tutoring service. |
| Pricing | The pricing page lists a £495 annual Starter Package for up to 10 staff and a £4,995 annual whole-school programme, excluding VAT. The order confirms staff access and scope; group and customised options require a quote. Free resources do not mean the full programme is free. Ask about any evaluation access and confirm the applicable invoice and renewal terms before agreeing; no payment was tested. |

| App available? | The current programme page says there is nothing to install. Current availability of the previously linked iOS and Android apps was not confirmed: their exact store links could not be retrieved during this check. This does not establish that either app has been discontinued. |
Learning records are not outcome guarantees
The programme description distinguishes course completion from evidence of applied practice. An AI Passport is a provider learning record, not evidence of a university degree or guaranteed employment. The Terms of Service say AI assistance does not replace professional judgement and policy templates require school review and approval. This article does not certify accreditation, regulatory compliance or protection from job displacement.
A practical review exercise
A staff team could take a fictional, non-sensitive administrative task, compare an AI-assisted draft with the school’s requirements, and record factual errors and necessary edits. A person should approve the final material. This is an illustrative learning exercise, not a tested Pedagogue result. Do not put identifiable pupil records into an AI tool merely to complete an exercise.
Privacy and access considerations
The Privacy Policy, updated May 21, 2026, describes account details, learning records and governance-tool inputs. School administrators can see progress and certification status. It identifies Anthropic for AI processing and says some processing may occur in the United States. The provider states that AI partners are contractually barred from training on personal data; this is not a promise that inputs are never processed or retained.
Retention varies: the policy lists active-account data plus two years after inactivity, long-term learning records, seven years for governance documents and 90 days for technical logs. Review the school’s arrangements and applicable data-processing terms before submitting confidential material.
Sources and review limits
Official pages were reviewed October 29, 2026 (UTC). The current pricing page and older terms differ on invoice timing, so confirm the applicable order rather than assuming one payment deadline. The earlier Plan A/B/C monthly prices, personalised-course recommendations and gamified mobile interface were not confirmed by the current pages. No account, course, assessment, app installation or payment was tested. Store-link retrieval failures are not proof of closure.
